Telangana Election Results 2018: After huge win, KCR eyes national politics Telangana caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is all set to form the government in the state for the second time. KCR won by over 50,000 votes from the Gajwel assembly constituency. His son KTR Rama Rao snatched victory from the Congress led grand alliance in Sircilla.
